Bill has over 25 years of experience in power transmission construction. Prior to joining Barnard in 2020, Bill served as President of a nationally recognized extra high voltage construction contractor where he provided project oversight on multiple extra high voltage projects that were considered the largest and most complex of their time, including two 765kV six-bundle projects and over 1,650 miles of 345kV and above construction throughout Arizona, California, Texas, Utah, and Indiana. As Vice President & Operations Manager at Barnard, Bill leads projects from estimating through design and construction, working with owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful and safe completion of challenging transmission and substation projects.
