We utilize iSqFt to manage our bid invitation and document distribution processes. Documents for all projects in the Estimating Phase as well as Post-Bid can be found here.

Already a Barnard Vendor?

• If you would like to access documents for a project that we are bidding and you have not yet received an invitation via email, please Contact Us and provide: 1) the name or location of the project you’re looking for; and 2) who in our office you are working with.

Are you interested in being added to Barnards Bid List?

• Please complete the form at the link below to be added to our directory.

• Please provide complete and accurate information about the types of work your company performs or products you supply (Trades) and locations (Service Areas) your company intends to perfom work in. This information is heavily used to find potential vendors. Once you've registered, you can login to iSqFt and further edit your profile or set it so other companies can also find you.
• Do you have an electronic brochure about your company that you’d like to send to accompany or update your registration? Please send your information via email to us.

General Estimating Queries

• Do you have a general inquiry about whether Barnard is bidding on a specific opportunity or project? If so, please Contact Us. Be sure to list the Name, Owner and/or Location of the project to help expedite our response, as well as the Scope of Work you are interested/qualified for. If we are bidding, we’ll send you the Name and Contact information of the Estimator directly responsible for your Scope of Work.
