Rick brings over 30 years of power and renewable market experience to Barnard’s business development team. He works collaboratively with clients to assess and develop solutions to some of the most complex power transmission projects and is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships, devising effective contracting strategies, and working closely with Barnard’s project management teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. His areas of expertise include management consulting, contract and project management, engineering, and construction.
