Over the last decade, Quincy’s leadership has been instrumental in Barnard’s successful completion of nearly 50 projects for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). His extensive onsite expertise in heavy civil and dam modification work includes site preparation, infrastructure development, seismic upgrades, and high hazard dam remediation. Quincy’s projects for TVA have earned national recognition from the United States Society on Dams (USSD) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America. The Boone Dam Internal Erosion Remediation Project won the USSD Award of Excellence in the Constructed Project in 2022, while the Pickwick Landing Dam South Embankment Seismic Upgrade Project received both the USSD award and the AGC’s Build America Award for Utility Infrastructure Renovation in 2021. As Vice President and Operations Manager, Quincy oversees projects from estimating through design and construction, ensuring the safe and quality completion of all work. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado.
