Mike has over 15 years of experience managing, pursuing, and delivering large-scale civil projects across Canada. Mike joined Barnard’s business development team in 2019 after serving as Vice President of Major Projects for EllisDon’s civil division. He has great insight into the Canadian heavy civil market, having held leading roles on many successful civil and transportation projects at EllisDon. He provides management, strategy, and negotiation expertise on design-build and public-private partnership civil projects to promote project delivery efficiencies, value creation, and risk mitigation for his clients and partners.
