Kent is responsible for Barnard’s investments in the acquisition and development of real estate properties. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Kent has been involved in acquiring, managing and developing real estate assets including commercial office, industrial, hospitality, and master-planned residential communities. Prior to joining Barnard, Kent led commercial development subsidiaries for H.F. Ahmanson’s Home Savings of America and Watt Industries in Southern California.
