Jack joined Barnard in 2006, primarily working on civil and pipeline projects before becoming a Project Manager on San Francisco's Central Subway Tunnels Project. Since then, he has led several multi-disciplinary teams from the bid phase through project execution, specializing in complex TBM projects in urban environments. Under Jack's leadership, the Silicon Valley Clean Water Gravity Pipeline Project earned multiple awards for excellence in progressive design-build from the Design-Build Institute of America. Most recently, he led the Development Phase of the Green Line LRT Project in Calgary, Alberta.
