Dale’s construction career has been focused on oil and gas operations and administration. He began his career in field construction for a natural gas company in the Northwest, and eventually moved to operations management. Later in his career, he transitioned to the contractor side of the business. During his tenure as Vice President of Construction Services for the Snelson Companies, he managed day-to-day divisional operations as well as the company’s implementation and participation in long-term service contracts, including a major pipeline integrity and safety enhancement program exceeding $100 million in annual revenue. Dale joined Barnard in 2015 to manage the western region of the company's oil and gas division. As Vice President & Operations Manager, Dale now oversees oil and gas operations at the executive level, working with owners, engineers, and subcontractor partners in the planning, estimating, and execution of work.
