Cullen joined Barnard’s heavy civil business development team in 2022. He brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, project development and management, marketing, patents, and software development to Barnard. Cullen’s diverse background as a director of business development for several heavy civil, architecture, and engineering firms enables him to cultivate relationships with new and current clients, bid impressive projects, and construct heavy civil work throughout the continent.
