SOCALGAS PSEP PERFORMANCE PARTNERSHIP
OIL & GAS

The PSEP Program helps to ensure the integrity and safety of Southern California’s natural gas system.

In 2019, Barnard joined SoCalGas’s Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan (PSEP) Program under a performance partnership contract structure. Barnard works with SoCalGas to plan, estimate, manage, and complete pipeline integrity work and pipe replacements on their gas transmission system. Project scopes include hydrostatic pressure testing and/or replacing gas transmission pipelines, upgrading or replacing mainline valves to allow for remote operation, and constructing new pipelines.
