As Equipment Manager, Brett oversees over 200 pieces of heavy machinery, a large crusher plant operation, and a wide range of smaller equipment. He is responsible for locating new equipment to purchase, lease, or rent to fulfill project requirements, establishing procedures for equipment maintenance to effectively meet construction and environmental standards, and providing key equipment personnel with maintenance and operator training. Prior to his role as Equipment Manager, Brett worked as a Project Engineer and Project Manager for Barnard since 2014.
