Jarod joined Barnard in early 2014 after building a career in business and human resource management with Kiewit Corporation. He has valuable experience in recruiting, organizational and leadership development, compliance, and employee relations. Jarod actively recruits exceptional students for Barnard’s internship program or as new hires, and seeks to fill key positions within the company. He provides continual training at Barnard's home office and jobsites, and oversees drug testing in the field. Additionally, Jarod ensures employees receive generous benefits and comply with the most current industry regulations.
