Dawn joined Barnard in 2016 after working for another North American civil contractor for nearly 20 years. With over 30 years of experience in tunneling and underground mining, Dawn understands the complexities of the underground construction industry. Throughout her career, she has held various supervisory and engineering roles on large, complex transportation and water/wastewater projects. In Business Development, she conducts client outreach regarding future projects, coordinates with joint venture partners, and prepares qualification and proposal packages. Her involvement in both bidding and constructing underground work provides a holistic view when meeting with clients.
