Clif began his career with Barnard in 2004 and has worked on several of Barnard’s most challenging projects over the years. In 2012, he moved to Sitka, Alaska to manage Barnard’s Blue Lake Dam Expansion Project which earned several national and regional awards, including the Associated General Contractors of America’s highest honor, the 2016 Alliant Build America Grand Award, and the 2016 Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering Merit Award. For the last seven years, Clif has worked with Barnard’s power transmission group, managing large-scale EPC projects. His resume includes the Barren Ridge Renewable Transmission Project for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the West of Devers Upgrade Project for Southern California Edison. The West of Devers Project was recently energized five months ahead of schedule, despite a complicated sequence of 16 outages over a three-year construction period.
