Brian began his career with Barnard in 1998, starting out in water and wastewater pipeline construction and moving to dam and reservoir construction and rehabilitation. As Vice President & Operations Manager, Brian provides executive oversight on heavy civil projects from selection and bidding to contract negotiations and participating in partnering once a project has begun. His teams have earned national and regional industry recognition over the last several years. Currently, he is serving as Program Manager on a design-assist and construction program for a challenging Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) dam remediation project. He helped build this relationship with TVA while overseeing 13 dam remediation projects over the past three years.
