Ben joined Barnard in 2001 and has extensive experience overseeing large, complex joint venture projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to being named Vice President of Finance, Ben served as Vice President & Operations Manager for four years. In that role, he provided executive oversight on the Keeyask Generating Station and C-44 Reservoir Projects. In addition to heavy civil projects, he has been involved in tunnel, wastewater, water transmission, reservoir, and dust mitigation projects. He works closely with owners and other stakeholders on projects, as evidenced by his participation on two teams that earned Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering Awards from the Associated General Contractors of America.
