Aaron began his career with Barnard in 2003, gaining experience as a Project Engineer and Project Manager before his promotion to Vice President & Operations Manager in 2016. Aaron was Project Manager on Barnard's Gilboa Dam Rehabilitation Project with D.A. Collins Construction, which earned a number of industry awards, including an Associated General Contractors of America Build America Award in March 2016. As Vice President & Operations Manager, Aaron oversaw the highly-remote Muskrat Falls North and South Dams Project in a joint venture with Pennecon, which earned the 2019 ENR Global Best Project in Dam/Environment. Currently, Aaron is providing executive oversight on the Gross Reservoir Expansion, Chimney Hollow Reservoir, and Cedar Cliff Spillway Remediation Projects.
