Owen Strods
Project Engineer

Education: Owen recently earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University in Bozeman.

Experience: Owen spent last summer as an intern working at our Los Vaqueros Dam Raise Project in central California. In addition, he has worked as a laborer and equipment operator for an excavation contractor and in the Eastern Montana oil fields.

Scott Sladek
Project Engineer

Education: Scott is a fall graduate of Michigan Technological University, where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Experience: While in school, Scott began working internships with a stint in 2009 at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where he worked as a Graphic Engineer. He also interned for Infinia Corp. in Kennewick, Washington, assembling solar equipment and he worked as a Field Engineer for Bechtel at the Hanford Vitrification Plant in Richland, Washington.

Sharon Henderson
Marketing Coordinator

Education: Sharon graduated from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Radio-TV-Film.

Experience: Sharon’s career has included graphic design and writing for television and newspapers. In addition, she worked in the Communications and Marketing departments at Lufkin Industries, for the Texas Forestry Association, and at Animal Health International.
