Project Location

“Barnard’s project team was committed to working cooperatively with District staff and regulatory agencies to solve problems. Barnard participated in a value engineering workshop prior to commencing construction that helped reduce the project cost by over $2 million, and worked with the District during construction to improve project quality while minimizing change orders and cost increases.”
